Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Insomnia (CBT-I)
CBT-I empowers individuals to rebuild healthy, sustainable sleep patterns…without reliance on long-term medication and improves daytime functioning, emotional regulation, and overall quality of life.
CBT-I is the first-line treatment recommended by the American College of Physicians for adults with chronic insomnia. This structured, time-limited intervention targets the behavioral, cognitive, and circadian factors that disrupt healthy sleep.
Facilitated by Dr. Mark Nolder, Ph.D.
The Program:
- Sleep Restriction & Stimulus-Control Protocols: Rebuilding the sleep drive and strengthening the bed-sleep connection.
- Cognitive Interventions: Identifying and reframing maladaptive beliefs that fuel insomnia.
- Relaxation and Arousal-Reduction Techniques: Supporting the body’s transition into restorative sleep.
- Sleep-Hygiene Optimization: Creating environmental & behavioral conditions that promote consistent rest.
- Relapse Prevention Planning: Equipping you with tools to maintain long-term sleep improvements
