Individual Therapy

Personalized, one-on-one sessions focused on emotional wellness, self-awareness, and personal growth. We help clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and skill.

 

Treatment is tailored to the needs of our client and will be guided by an individualized treatment plan based on identified needs, developed by the therapist and client. Counseling occurs 1:1 between the client and therapist.

 

Interventions utilized during individual therapy include: Traditional talk therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness Interventions, and other techniques deemed appropriate.

 

Some topics that may be addressed include:

  • Strengthening coping strategies to cope with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Life Changes, and Excessive Substance Use
  • Processing/Healing from Traumatic Events such as Abuse, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault.
