Family Communication Rescue provides a guided, structured space for families to talk openly, listen deeply, and begin to move forward together.

This service is designed for families who want to strengthen their relationships and improve understanding — especially when emotions are running high or important decisions must be made.
It’s ideal for:
● Families struggling to navigate conflict, tension, or past misunderstandings
● Loved ones facing major life changes , such as illness, divorce, caregiving, or grief
● Parents and adult children seeking to repair communication and rebuild trust
● Families who simply want a healthier, more compassionate way to talk and be heard
How It Helps:
In these sessions, Nancy provides skilled facilitation grounded in family systems theory, trauma-informed care, and compassionate communication.
You’ll have a safe, structured environment to:
● Identify communication patterns that keep you stuck
● Explore emotions and perspectives in a balanced, supported way
● Practice active listening and empathic response
● Clarify shared goals and create agreements for moving forward
● Reconnect as a family — with understanding instead of defensiveness The goal isn’t to “fix” your family overnight- it’s to begin a new pattern of communication that fosters empathy, respect, and collaboration.
Nancy Piccicuto, LCSW-C, is a clinical social worker with extensive experience in family therapy and facilitating therapeutic family meetings. Drawing from her background in both behavioral health, family services, and oncology social work, she brings deep understanding to families navigating stress, change, or uncertainty. Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and designed to help people feel truly heard.
